Body as a Garden — A Movement Workshop for Summer 

Join us for an afternoon of wandering through the garden of your body in celebration of summer to visit what's been blooming.

How does imagery and imagination inform our movement aesthetics and explorations? How do we bear witness to the seasons of our own embodied gardens and the garden-bodies of others?

In this workshop, we traverse these questions through rich visualization, written word, embodied movement and visual artistry. Informed by the Tamalpa Life/Art Process, the Garden Series explores the metaphor of our garden-bodies as we step into the season of summer and visit what’s in bloom.
